Bo Higby, Owner/President

Bo is a solutions oriented business leader. Through his years working in sales, sales management, project management, wholesale sales leadership and consulting, Bo offers a wealth of knowledge to help individuals and business grow and thrive. He specializes in building and fostering strong relationship with all stake holders.

Bo lives on a quiet and peaceful property, where he likes to hunt, fish, raise producing poultry and enjoy being surrounded by nature. Bo shares his little slice of paradise with his amazing wife of over 20 years and their bright and talented teenage daughter, who hopes to one day take over for her "dear ol' dad" to continue the HPA legacy. Bo and his wife, Holly, are also proud parents of a son with a compassionate and talented nature, who is currently studying psychology at the college level.

In addition, Bo serves as a pastor of a small non-denomination church in Cottageville, West Virginia. Serving God and his community is another one of Bo's passions.

Bo is a dedicated and compassionate business leader, who lives by, and runs HPA by the teaching of Colossians 3:23 - "Work willingly at whatever you do, as though you were working for the Lord rather than for people."

Hence the HPA business motto of "Business with a Higher Purpose."

Mark Cosgrove, Partner/Owner

Mark has recently partnered his affiliate office in Colorado with our Higher Powered Agencies here in West Virginia. Mark will continue to operate his successful office out of his home base in Colorado, adding the entire HPA business offerings, including his established NuQuo solutions business.

Mark is a results-driven, strategic sales, business development and marketing leader with over 20 years of experience in the business technology and healthcare industry. He has a successful track record for building and sustaining strong customer relationships, creating new sales channels with the ability to manage complex projects and work with a cross-functional team, unifying company efforts to achieve business development goals.

Mark and Bo have worked together for 8 years and are excited about this new partnership, and the opportunities to help their clients' businesses thrive.
